SODA.Rig
SODA.Rig is a powerful, flexible, and cost-effective Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rig designed for comprehensive vehicle software validation. Its modular architecture allows seamless configuration to test a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and buses, with quick and easy reconfiguration.

SODA.Rig Modules

Universal Input / Output
Perfect to emulate sensors:
- 8 universal channels;
- High accuracy of measured and generated signals;
- Wide range of measured and generated signals 0-27V.

Interface Multiplexer
Perfect to emulate networks:
- 8 CANFD channels;
- 1 LIN 2.0 channel;
- CANFD multiplexer 8 inputs / 16 outputs.

Electronic Load
Perfect to emulate actuators:
- 8 universal load channels;
- Peak dissipated power of 200W per channel;
- Total module capacity of 600W for robust testing scenarios.
Engineered to serve as a core component in development, vehicle integration, and validation environments, SODA.Rig can start as a solution for on-desk testing of a single Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
Rig for 1 ECU:
- 1 Small Rack - 9U 19" Rack, 480x600x440 mm;
- 3 Universal Input / Output modules;
- 1 Interface Multiplexer module;
- 2 Electronic Load modules.
Scaling to Vehicle Under Test
SODA.Rig can be configured for 10 ECUs, effectively representing an entire vehicle.

Rig for 10 ECUs:
- 1 Large Rack - 24U 19" Rack, 1200x600x440 mm;
- 9 Universal Input / Output modules;
- 3 Interface Multiplexer module;
