3. Pricing and Changes

All prices for our Products are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. SODA.AUTO reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any pricing or Products at its discretion.

By continuing to use the Products after changes are posted, you agree to the revised pricing and terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of the latest version of these Terms.

4. Licence and Use of Products

Upon purchasing a subscription or licence to any Product, SODA.AUTO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Products as per these Terms and any additional agreements associated with the specific Product.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where permitted by law.
• Sell, lease, or sublicense any of the Products without express written consent from SODA.AUTO.

4.1 Third-parties Components

SODA.AUTO Products may include other third-parties software components that fall under various licences. By using SODA.AUTO Products or any bundled components, you agree to the terms of the licence applicable to each respective component. You are responsible for reviewing these licences prior to use.

5. No Export

Neither party shall export, directly or indirectly, any Products, acquired from SODA.AUTO, to any country without:

• Obtaining any required export licence or other government approval, or proof that such export licence or government approval is not required, and
• Obtaining prior written approval from SODA.AUTO.

The parties agree to fully comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to UK Sanctions List, EU Sanctions List and US Government Security Requirements.

6. Disclaimers

Although SODA.AUTO makes every effort to ensure the quality and security of its Products, this licence does not guarantee that the Products will meet all user expectations or perform flawlessly under all conditions. The Products "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement and it is not guaranteed that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components like viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

SODA.AUTO's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Products will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Products in the 6 (six) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Terms

SODA.AUTO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the Products after any changes means that you agree to the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

9. Termination

SODA.AUTO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Products at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Account Inactivity and Data Deletion

For Free accounts, if there is no activity on your account for a continuous period of 6 (six) months, SODA.AUTO reserves the right to delete your account and any associated data with 30 days prior notification to the email address associated with your account to inform you of the upcoming deletion.

13. Content Usage

SODA.AUTO is committed to the quality of its products and services; therefore, any non-personal data and content uploaded by you to SODA.AUTO cloud storage may be used to enhance the overall user experience of its products and services, including, but not limited to, improving machine learning models and algorithms. By using an account, you consent to the use of your uploaded non-personal data and content for these purposes.

14. Refund Policy

At SODA.AUTO, purchases made on our website are generally final, and refunds are typically not offered. However, we may consider exceptions at our discretion for cases involving product defects or technical issues that significantly impact normal use.

If you encounter a technical issue or defect, please reach out to SODA.AUTO customer support within 30 days of your purchase to request a review. Based on our assessment, we may offer a refund, credit, or replacement, depending on the product and circumstances.

Note: This refund policy applies specifically to on-site purchases and is separate from any consumer protection rights that may apply to individual consumers.
