SODA.Auto + Hyundai Accelerate Vehicle Dynamics

SODA.Auto has successfully completed an advanced vehicle dynamics programme with Hyundai Motor Company, demonstrating how a software-defined engineering approach can move vehicle software from concept to validated deployment in weeks.
The collaboration followed SODA.Auto’s selection as one of the winners of Hyundai’s Open Innovation Challenge on Sporty Driving, organised by Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center (HMETC) and HYUNDAI CRADLE in collaboration with Plug and Play. Nearly 50 startups submitted solutions to the challenge, with SODA selected for its approach to improving vehicle dynamics.
Working together HYUNDAI and SODA teams developed and validated an advanced vehicle dynamics capability delivering significant improvements in vehicle performance, stability and responsiveness under demanding driving conditions.
The key outcome was not only the vehicle behaviour itself, but the engineering speed behind it.
Using the SODA V platform, the project connected requirements, system architecture, digital-twin simulation and validation within a unified execution loop. This allowed the teams to iterate rapidly, evaluate changes in simulation and progress toward validated deployment without the fragmentation normally associated with multiple disconnected engineering tools.
The programme demonstrated strong performance outcomes in simulation together with consistently positive driver feedback. It also showed how an end-to-end Software Defined Vehicle workflow can create tighter alignment between software development and vehicle-level validation.

The successful delivery establishes a foundation for further collaboration and demonstrates the potential of AI, Digital Twin technology and unified software-defined engineering workflows to accelerate development across next-generation vehicle programmes.
